We were commissioned by a local family to gain planning approval and produce a full detailed design package to replace an existing dwelling with three new detached dwellings in Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire. The design complimented the area and was to create three new prestigious and cost effective designs for the family. Each of the dwellings has a contemporary feel internally, with large areas of glazing to create light and spacious interiors.
The site is located in a residential area and we successfully achieved planning for the family increasing the value of the development with additional accommodation in the roof spaces. Once planning was achieved we created a detailed design package for local contractors to price from and look forward to the development starting on site very soon.
