Our project for the Warren started with an initial meeting on how to make the most of the wonderful south facing garden over adjacent fields. The resulting design involved re-locating the Kitchen from the front to the rear by creating a series of new rear single storey extensions which allowed full access to the garden, the views and to make the most of the southerly views.
The clients also took the opportunity to extend to the side of the property to make a new extended master bedroom suite and an additional bedroom. Externally we adopted quite a contemporary design to the new extension with a feature open corner to the large Kitchen/Family room with slimline glazed sliding doors. We also are replacing the old windows with new black aluminium double glazed units and rendering the property with a clean white render finish.
Internally, we worked with the clients to amend the flow of the existing spaces and to upgrade the heating system and also the electrics. New contemporary internal doors, floors, Kitchen and bathrooms will produce a modern home for our clients.
