We have recently secured planning approval for a new Wrap around single storey modern extension to a chararcter property in the centre of Beaconsfield. We were appointed to replace an existing UPVC conservatory and create a new open plan Kitchen, dining and living space. Our design worked with the existing layout and creates new vista's and flow to the property opening out into the new Kitchen area. The extension provides space for the living and dining areas with feature doors and picture windows opening out to the garden, plus a new play room and then linked Utility and Boots area.
We designed all the interior finishes to create a contemporary but characterful feel, with unique materials. Externally we proposed the use of Burnt larch cladding with contemporary bricks. The proposals received planning approval from Buckinghamshire council and we are now working towards getting the project on site and completed by the by the end of the year.
