We have been commissioned by a local family to design and build a new 9,500 sqft Georgian family home within the Green Belt in the Buckinghamshire countryside.
The scheme is set over three floors and is a high quality design in a traditional vernacular style with a single storey leisure wing, landscaped grounds and also an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court.
We re-designed the scheme to meet the clients requirements, advising them on a more open plan layout incorporating new technologies and focusing on the interior design of the house.
A full set of planning drawings was produced and planning approval was received at the end of 2018.
Due to the tight timescales for the project we produced a full detailed design for the new house issuing it for tender to local contractors and we are looking forward to the house been on site very early in 2019 for completion in 2020.
