Our Chalfont St Peter project was undertaken for a local family who moved to the property and required additional living space and a new master bedroom suite.
The priority for the new works was to tie them into the existing dwelling and to blend seamlessly with the existing. Our proposal involved a large two storey side extension to replace an existing detached garage to create an extra 50% of space for the house. The design to the front created a Cat Slide roof with feature dormer windows and new entrance porch which blended the old with new and to the rear we designed new bi-fold door glazing to maximise light in and views out.
We undertook all planning and technical drawings, as well as managing the project on site from start to finish. The project has been well received and the family have thoroughly enjoyed using the new spaces which were created.
