We have completed the whole house refurbishment of a large detached property in Gerrards Cross. Our clients have a young family and after living in the property for a short period of time they wanted to explore options on how the house could be transformed to be more contemporary and also significantly improve the layout to be more open plan.
We undertook a detailed feasibility study, supported with 3D imagery. The design creates a new large open plan Kitchen area to the rear to make the most of the amazing garden, plus complete internal refurbishment with new staircase, bedrooms and en-suites at first floor level and a new second floor of accommodation to suit the families needs. Externally we proposed a sympathetic but contemporary design of white render, with new windows and doors and feature natural stone tiling.
The scheme has been well received by the clients and completed to a very high standard.
