We have recently submitted a planning application for the full renovation of a character property in Lane End, Marlow. The scheme involves the complete re-ordering of the property with a large two storey side extension, single storey extensions and also new garage wing.
The side extensions incorporate a new open plan Kitchen/dining room, with boots and Utility as well as a feature single storey garden room. The garden room is to be timber clad on the walls and roof with Siberian larch cladding and has a feature glass to glass corner window which is at the same level of the garden, we are looking to use Crittall windows to maintain the character of the property.
The works are due to commence in the summer and we will be progressing onto detail design very shortly.
