We were commissioned to look at options for extending and refurbishing a 'Hacienda' style home in Denham to provide new entertainment and leisure facilities.
We undertook a full appraisal of the house and worked with the clients to develop a new central entertainment space with a feature spiral staircase, large opening double height glass doors and a re-organised flow to the house. In addition to this we produced a design for a new glass pavilion building in the garden to accommodate a contemporary swimming pool with associated changing and plant room facilities.
The proposals were complimented with full CGI imagery to agree the design intention and to show how the new proposals sit with the existing Hacienda style house.
The scheme has received full planning approval and we are looking forward to the project being realised on site.
