We have completed the design for a series of modern extensions to a characterful C.F.A Voysey property in Amersham.
The clients brief was to retain the character and feel of the existing C.F.A Voysey property, but combine new extensions in a modern way.
We proposed a series of minimal interventions with one large modern mono pitched single storey rear extension linking cues from the original house with modern materials.
The new extension transforms the design and layout of the property as well as creating a new kitchen and living space opening out onto the large south facing garden.
The mono pitch roof enables additional light to be brought into the space as well as creating a large new volume for entertaining.
The proposals have been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council and we are looking forward to seeing the project develop.
